  1. I think I am going to give them a try to. Not sure which ones to get. I thought I would start out with a small set of them so I would only have to invest about 50.00 dollars to see if I could do it. I sure would like to know what ones and where to buy them.

  3. I have several (no where near all of them, but a healthy chunk). I bought mine from Oozaks.com. From what I've researched, if you want to get the full ability out of your markers, it's ideal to get them two numbers away from each other (for example B00, B02, B04, etc.) ... sets don't offer that. I'd suggest a set and then a couple single markers in a color that you use a lot (for me, that's blues and greens ... some people suggest browns for skin tones). There is LOTS of info on SplitcoastStampers.com about Copics. Also, if you want to purchase at Hobby Lobby, use the 40% off coupon or wait for them to go on sale for 30% off. HL has a limited selection, but it's not a bad place to start.

  4. Hi, I saw your posts and just wanted to let you know that there are 2 people's blogs that have a lot more information about the copic's. The first one is a gal in Hawaii and she gives a lot of good ideas for first time buyers. Here is her blog http://www.kiyomikrafts.com/kiyomi/ and then there is Susan http://scrapbitz.blogspot.com/ she does have alot of video and information as well. Where to buy and answers questions right on her blog, which I think is wonderful.

I hope this helps, when I saw these is when I finally placed my order, but I didn't buy them at hobby lobby.. Gl and hope it helps!! Denise

  6. no problem, I hope it helps. It is expensive to start building. It's better to know, before you buy a bunch that you might not needed to have...sometimes it is better to learn from other's mistakes. I know I have to watch everything I buy, so I try to look for the best deal... I even looked at e-bay, after I downloaded the color chart, so I knew what I was buying. But I learned that e-bay is not always the best deal either.. Denise
