  1. Sadly, it is still $14.00 to ship a t-shirt... I think no one is ordering and they are trying to spur things along-

    p.s.- love your blog!

  2. To truly make it a rewards program, they need to LOWER the shipping drastically! $14.95 for shipping a t-shirt is outrageous!

  3. Though I think shipping is high; I chalk it up to the price for the item (if I really want it, like the Office Help cartridge to add to my collecton). I do wish though PC would deeply reconsider its shipping prices and add more items to make the program more appealling.

  4. PC needs to re-do a lot of things. I'm still waiting for my 2 free cartridges from the machine purchase in Nov. 08. 3 phone calls and 1 letter to the CEO still hasn't sped anything up. I'm still waiting for the reward points from previously submitted purchases too! Maybe the $14 shipping is for funding of future customer service upgrades and staffing??
    pittstop3 ;)

  5. I wish it was 210 points b/c I has 190 and now 390. So close to the 400 for a free cartidge! Oh well. I had no idea the shipping was so high. That sucks! Is it quick shipping? It seems like a t-shit would ship priority mail for $4.20 at most so $10 handling is ridiculous! Why don't the call it what it is - $2-$5 per shirt and over $5.00 profit for us! Who are they rewarding, us or them???

  6. I agree with everyone else and have you tried to get a shirt....some of them are only in small.

  7. I'm torn. I want to get the office cartridge but I'm upset about the shipping. Its too high. I think they need to figure out a better way to make the rewards more rewarding hehe although the extra rewards points are a step in the right direction in my opinion.

  8. Thank you for the Heads up.. I did create a Acct early but it was not found so no extra Points for me :( I had to recreate a Acct.
I will probably chalk it up too as I really would like that Cart.. and in a way $14 is better then $30on Sale.. I think it's a great Idea but shipping needs to come down to what the prices truly are!
    Thanks again!

  9. I was wondering who got the extra 200 points. I ordered the deal for $99 (2 cartridges, pay in one installment, get free juke box, get free colors) and thought perhaps that triggered this offer to me. I got my order within one week! Today I ordered Office Help cartridge for 200 points and the shipping was $15.86 which is so high.

  10. I was thinking a similar thought. But - heck - I'll take the 200 points

  11. I started an account early on and I still have not seen the Bonus points. PC seems to have gotten a little big for their britches and doesn't want to take care of their customers. Poor poor poor customer service.....
