OH MY GOODNESS!

I find the most interesting 'things' over at the Cricut message board! A gal was venting and posted this LINK. Now don't get me wrong. I love my Cricut and would not want to scrap without it but people! An "F" for customer service! Provocraft, say it isn't so!!

  1. From the perspective of the business, a few angry and many times unreasonable customers can really affect your rating negatively. Happy customers don't usually go running to report it to the BBB.

  2. Wow, wouldn't have thought that.
Fortunately I've had my cricut for over 2 years and not had any issues. Hopefully I won't have to deal with customer service. Thanks!!

  3. I'd have no problem believing this. I've tried to contact Provo Craft on two different occasions. I couldn't even raise a real person by telephone. I left a message but no on ever returned my call. I've also left a message on their "contact us" on their webpage... again, no response. I love my Cricut, but the "F for customer service is well deserved from my perspective.

  4. I have a very hard time believing that. I've contacted Provo several times in regards to Design Studio and they were quick to respond and their associates were extremely friendly.

  5. Aunt25, I know what you mean. Out of the zillions that have PC products really 15 complaints isn't bad in my opinion. What IS BAD, is that the 15 that complained were ignored and not resolved. Most companies will do whatever it takes to sooth the complainers to keep that grade up. =(

  6. I'm not surprised. I sent them an email over a week ago asking how to get an update for DS that I missed and still haven't heard back as to how to get it. I have at least one cartridge that I can't use in DS because they won't respond. Really annoying....

  7. Hi Linda,
I know how they feel. I had a problem with my DS ,and I called the "hot line" and did talk to a real person!!!!they asked if I would try the UBS cord in my computer while the stayed on the phone. Nothing worked. Provo Craft was going to send a new cord and they never did. So I posted a question on the Cricut message board and so many tried to help and a very nice lady on the MB told me how to fix my problem. I did finally get my ds to work. But they never checked to see if everything was working. If you're not computer savy, you don't stand a chance.....
