Will MTC allow me to cut all the new cuts in the new Cricut cartridges without having to buy all the Cartridges. My checking account can't handle all the expense & all the cartridges have such cute cuts that I want them all.

Allison, the upgrade is free. Just open your MTC and it will take you to their website. Close your MTC. Click on Download and follow the instructions. =) ~Linda
