Layout - God Has A Plan

So I finally completed a layout...yea. First in forever! (I need a scrappin' buddy really bad - in my area? call me!) Anyway, it was crazy. I still haven't got Design Studio or Craft Room working even after installs, uninstalls, reinstalls, driver downloads, plug, unplug and replug, etc. Ended up cutting without either which was like taking 20 steps backward. Should I even bother calling PC? =(
